An exceptional selection of Mediterranean wines, celebrating the warmer months from the vine. 

With dishes from the hearth. Expect oysters, crab, charcuterie, and flamed Wagyu bavette served alongside relaxed conversation, guided tastings, and an informal but refined atmosphere.

Designed for a limited number of guests, the evening will explore elegant wines from along the Loire, from steely mineral Muscadets to ethereal Sancerres and luscious Vouvray. Thoughtfully paired with seasonal dishes and sharing plates from the hearth.
