Geology and Soil: Clay limestone and limestone marls. Viticulture: Sustainable viticulture. Fermentation: Stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks; malolactic fermentation completed; red wines vinified from old vines. Assemblage and Reserve Wines: Selection blended with red wine and up to 30% of reserve wines, depending on the character of each vintage. Ageing: 36 months maturation on the yeasts.
